APPLICATIONS

Built for the parts that challenge conventional CT

From castings and additively manufactured parts to batteries and large electronic assemblies, Phoenix Magnus adapts to different component sizes, materials, and inspection requirements. This versatility makes it a strong fit for quality assurance, failure analysis, process development, and dimensional inspection across aerospace, automotive, electronics, research, and advanced manufacturing environments.

Castings and complex components	Inspect internal structures, identify material flaws, and evaluate difficult regions within large or geometrically complex cast components.
Additive manufacturing	Examine intricate internal features and help verify complex geometries that may be difficult or impossible to assess using conventional inspection methods.
Batteries and electrification	Inspect large battery components and assemblies to evaluate internal structures, identify irregularities, and support development and quality workflows.
Electronics and assemblies	Evaluate large electronic assemblies and other multi-material components while adapting scan geometry to the size and location of critical features.
